OR have received notice of an impending termination or layoff. Additionally, you are either eligible for unemployment benefits, have exhausted your unemployment benefits, or are employed at a facility that has announced it will close within 180 days.
This includes farmers, ranchers, and fishermen who are unemployed due to economic challenges or natural disasters.
